  Ladies did a good job. Food was great. Forgot to add mayo to my kids sandwich but made it right.

  I was the only one in the store. It still took almost 20 minutes to get a sandwich. The 2 girls working on it were slower than Sid the sloth. I had to even tell 1 of them what meat goes on a Club. I haven't ever been to worse subway than this one. I don't know if it was inadequate training or something else. But the customer shouldn't have to tell someone how to make a sandwich. Then halfway through paying the other male worker "forgot" what he was doing he was to busy talking. Horrible service.

  They never follow the app instructions... probably just means I need to go in and stand over them while they make the sandwich.... but I guess we'll just go to another subway from now on.

  My daughter and I went in today and the worker Tailor was sitting out in the lobby with one of her friends talking on her phone. She gave us a dirty look as we walked in. After about 3 minutes of her messing with her phone she finally came over. Didn’t greet us until after I told her what we wanted. Mind you she didn’t even end her phone call. She had the call on speaker and every few seconds the person on the line kept calling Tailor. Tailor didn’t put the correct amount of meat on one of the sandwiches. They were both footlongs and one only got half the meat. She was very rude and had an attitude. Like she was mad at us for coming in and her actually having to get up and do the job she gets paid to do. Overall the experience was unpleasant and in the future if she is working when I go in I’ll just leave and go somewhere else!

  Your worker never acknowledged me walking in the place. One single trying in the lobby and one be behaving nd the counter sweeping never look up. So l stand for 15 minutes and went outside and set in my car. The lady still in the lobby and the girl ro still sweeping a customer came in she never washed her hands I am video them and sending it to the health department also yes u need better worker
