  Overall typically the food is good. But the staff does NOT speak 99% of the time. I’m not a fan of McDonald’s and dread coming here , but the kids enjoy their food. The staff will not speak to you when giving you food. They just open the window and give you the food. No “how are you”, no repeating an order, no thank you, nothing. That should be customer service 101. It’s lacking - it’s always a joke now when we go through, let’s make a bet if they speak to us. It’s sad. McDonald’s is going the wrong way at this establishment. Again, food is good. But speak to your customers. A simple hello and thank you doesn’t take but a second.

  Stopped there for breakfast and it was not good. The hashbrown tasted like it was fried in nasty old and cold oil. All of the cokes were flat. They gave me another coke from a different dispenser and the taste was off. Not the best service either.

  Ice cream machine broken...... what's new, entire soda machine broken, fries cold no salt. Generally sucked beyond belief!!!!

  This was by far the worst McDonald’s I have ever visited. The staff were loudly cursing, discussing illegal substances, and casually throwing around inappropriate language, including the F-word and B-word. I had my three young children with me — all under 8 — and my 6-year-old even asked me what the B-word meant. Completely unacceptable. I honestly don’t know who is managing this location, but the level of unprofessionalism was shocking. The staff were extremely immature and showed no respect for the customers around them. This McDonald’s seriously needs to reevaluate its hiring and training practices. To the staff: do better, be better!

  My son ordered some food in the inside. A medium Mocha Frappe and 2 snack wraps. I had a separate order of 3 drinks. One had half unsweet tea/ lemonaide. Everyone was waiting on their order and it was taking a while. My son is a big guy, the manager I guess- turns around and says directly to him, "We can't make Oreo Mc Flurrys, the machine is broke!" He didn't even order that, and he told her that wasn't his order. We continued to wait all the while she kept piling every drink order together and every food order together. She asked me if I was ready to order and I said I just had drinks. The machine you self order from wasn't giving receipts to check our orders. She gave me 3 cups, but the after we got the drinks ourselves- without the lemonade/tea because they didn't have lemonade at the self serve- they put out the drink in the pile of all the others after I got something else, so I don't know if I was charged extra for that or not. She tried to give my son the wrong food, she told him again that there were no Mc Flurrys because the machine was broke. he asked about his frappe a couple of times and it was sitting on the counter with everything else melting because no one was disturbing them. You could tell others were frustrated and it took about 30-45 minutes for us to get our order. The drinks we did get were gross and didn't taste like they should but I was so stressed out by the time we got out of there I just threw it away later. I'm hoping it was just an off day but it was crazy.
