I simply needed to make a small alteration — and somehow that turned into an Olympic-level obstacle course of transfers, hold music, and “let me check on that.” My manager was also looped in. Same result. Total runaround. For a company where we spend over $5,000 monthly, I expected basic professionalism and a solution-oriented response. Instead, it felt like no one had the authority — or desire — to help. The fruit may be fresh, but the customer service experience? ROTTEN Do better.
