  Place doesn’t have fresh food Works talking crap about you in Spanish Store is dirty especially the restrooms The fountain machine is busted up. Never coming here again Worst sub way experience! Do better!!!!!

  Only had 1 type of bread available, so my mobile order was not ready. Then she took it upon herself to toast my sandwich which was not part of the order and gave me attitude when I corrected her.

  I can see why there are so many 1-star ratings. Came on here to place my 1-star (or below) review and was quite surprised at the number of people who had already posted 1-star reviews!! I used to love this place. The last 3 times I came in for a no- frills basic tuna salad sandwich with lettuce. Guess what?? No tuna salad. Again today...No tuna salad!! Today 2 girls "working". Neither spoke English, nor indicated they understood what I was asking. Both just stared at me and didn't try to communicate at all!! I pointed to the empty container and tried to ask if they had more tuna. Again, NO RESPONSE!! One turned and walked away and started sweeping the floor! The other picked up her cell phone which was laying on the counter where they make the sandwiches, which also was not a good safe food practice. I would think some common sense would prevail there! (Where are the city restaurant inspectors??) Neither worker spoke to me...I tried to politely ask if they understood what I was asking. Again, blank stares. Come on...Subway Management. You most certainly can do better!! At least hire someone who can or is willing to communicate. This location is just down the street from the high school where I am sure English language is being taught, and where, I am sure, there are students who would like a paying job!! And hire someone with least some amount of interest in their work. These 2 employees are certainly not customer friendly. And...tuna salad should be the one sandwich filling that should be readily available and easy to keep in stock! My visit was at 4:30p. Very very poor service, and as others have posted, I also will not return to this location.
