  The staff was very rude and not welcoming. She messed up the persons order in front of me and refused to remake it and made him pay for it. When she got to making my protein wrap, she placed 2 banana peppers on there and I asked if she could put a few more and she refused and said I could only have 2. Horrible and not believable at all

  an Hispanic lady had rude service and as silly as it sounds she was making fun of my sandwich order and over all disrespectful about my appearance of how I dress and am. never again!

  1920 E BELTLINE RD CARROLLTON TX 75006 THE WORSE STORE EVER BEAWARE DO NOT BUY FROM HERE me and my wife on a friday morning at 8:30am went to subway to order online so we can buy 4 subways so we can get online discount and waited outside for the store to open at 9am so the store opens at 9 we go inside to ask the lady that the app says store is closed. she was very rude and said i dont know anything so i said ok let me order in store and she did not want to take our order and made faces and went in the back and sat down and me and my wife said can we get the phone number to store manager and she refuse to give the number and told us to get out. so my wife dropped me off at work and went back and went inside the store and said can you give me the number and made video and the lady with her hand said go get out. BEAWARE I WILL NOT GO BACK TO THIS STORE AND HIGHLY SUGGEST TO EVERYONE DO NOT GO SPEND YOUR MONEY WHERE THEY DISRESPECT YOU AND INSULT YOU TO GET OUT.

  Today I visited this Subway at 1920 E Belt Line Rd in Carrollton, TX and experienced extremely unprofessional and disrespectful service. When I walked in, one employee ignored me completely when I spoke. The second employee, a taller Hispanic woman, took my order for two footlong meatball sandwiches with extra sauce. When I politely asked for more sauce because it looked very thin, she immediately caught an attitude, repeated my request in a sarcastic tone, and began mumbling under her breath. At that point I told her to keep the sandwiches because I refuse to spend my money where employees treat customers with disrespect and attitude. I have visited this location before and never had this problem. These two employees clearly need serious customer service training. Speaking to customers with sarcasm and attitude is unacceptable. I expect this issue to be addressed immediately.
