This girl that took our order at 11:15 tonight was extremely rude, dry, and short with us when taking our order. Ciera was the name on the screen for the one who was coming to deliver the food not sure if she took the order. Crazy thing is we only ordered two items and I can’t understand why she was being so rude! Never again will come to this sonic. Management and owners really should address this so they don’t suffer more loss.

Tried to get drinks for the family and employee told us to wait. There was literally no other cars and we could see him through the window doing nothing. Then when we go to order slushes he said machine was broken. Will never be back.

I’m not expecting high quality food when I decide to go to sonic but what I am expecting is the food that I ordered. I was in a group of three and we were quite famished and cared to divulge in some good ol fashioned fast food, so we decided hey let’s go to sonic. When our order was being taken, if there were any sort of pauses we were rushed and asked “are you done.” I’m thinking of starting an “are you done” tally board in my car window because he asked us like 4 times, mind when there was a pause we would tell him “just a moment”. After we ordered we paid and awaited our meal. When we finally got our food it was missing an item and one of the burgers seemed a little off. Instead of yellow cheese there was a strange white sauce and when we asked to see if it was sauce or some rare cheese we weren’t aware of, the employee wouldn’t tell us. He said he was busy, and that the “chef” was busy, and that he gave us what we ordered. I then asked for my receipt because I realized he never gave it to me. Upon his return he relayed the information that it in fact was thrown away. At this point, my friend lost his appetite so we just left. We’ve all decided to never go back to that location. There are so may better options in the area. If you have the option to go somewhere else… please do it. I’m begging you, do what we couldn’t do, don’t go.
