  Worst Sonic I've ever visited. The bad reviews are indeed accurate. Ordered 2 drinks & 2 snacks thru the app. Checked in and eventually the kiosk said someone was on the way with my order. 10 minutes later I was still waiting. Pressed the red button to get help. 5 minutes and the button was still unanswered. I had to flag down a worker to ask what's up. I'm told they were busy but no cars on the entire side I'm parked at. Magically a minute later I get my order. It clearly had been sitting as the food was lukewarm at best. Will not be going back here again.

  Manager wouldn't tell me his name. Complained about cold food and his response was that they good to SIT for an HOUR before being served and hung up.
