  I had one of the worst dining experiences at Sai Bhavan. Honestly, this place doesn’t deserve even 1 star. Starting with the buffet — the food quality was extremely poor and clearly not fresh. • The Poonugulu tasted like it was fried in old oil multiple times. Completely stale and unpleasant. • Onion Pakoda was overburnt and inedible. It didn’t feel fresh at all. • The spinach dal was undercooked — the dal itself wasn’t even properly boiled. Absolute waste. • The kurma was equally disappointing — no freshness, no flavor. Coming to the worst part — • The curd was probably the dirtiest and most spoiled curd I’ve ever had in my life. Completely unacceptable. Desserts were no better: • The semiya payasam was a disaster. The semiya wasn’t even cooked properly — it felt like it was just dumped into milk without basic preparation. The taste was terrible. Drinks: • Sweet lassi and lemonade were among the worst I’ve ever tasted — completely off and poorly made. Overall, nothing in this buffet felt fresh, properly cooked, or even remotely worth the money. It honestly felt like leftover or badly handled food being served without any quality control. This is not just disappointing — it’s unacceptable for a restaurant serving Indian cuisine, especially at a buffet.

  The naan was super delicious, soft, and aromatic. The chicken tikka masala's gravy was too good, though I didn't like the taste of the chicken pieces. The flavored rice was yummy. The tea was just warm, not hot. Will definitely visit the place again. Giving it 9/10.

  This is my true experience: Made an order. Was told 30 mins. I get there after 40 mins. Was told another 30 mins. They got busy, I get that. Then I picked up the food and went home. Realized one of the dishes was missing one of the main sides. Called the store. It seemed like they knew they left the side out. According to the lady that I spoke to, they are not able to do anything. Per the store, I again have to drive back to the store if I want the item that I paid for. They did offer a 10% discount on the next purchase. But even if I bought a $100 item, the discount wouldn't match up to the side dish that was left out. Of note, Uber eats is offering 25% discount. I felt like food was just okay. quality definitely went down since the opening. Really wanted to give them a second try after staying away for a while, I found more reasons to stay away.

  Being genuine about this group. I myself being a customer had to schedule an event within short notice. From the moment we reched out to this restaurant. They maintained full transperancy and suggest the best by respecting our suggestions. As it was a event scheduled in short notice the amount of people attending was not clear from our end. Even for the last 1 hr before receiving the food we made changes about people attending. But when we were busy with the event. He managed everything and delivered the best food we had as a cattering. Even in that much confusion and irrelevent changes he kept his cool mainted well repected communication. We orderd for 3 events. Sangeeth , haldi , marriage. The output of the food was very good and its feels great as a host when the guests had food with upmost satisfaction. He made us feel that with his service. Thank you andi. I wish u to be very successful.
