  The pizza was good but I also ordered a piece of cake. I ordered it to be delivered because I am traveling for work and do not have a car with me. When I called to notify them that the cake did not get delivered, I was told they couldn’t deliver it and they couldn’t refund me because it was an online order. Horrible customer service.

  I was glad to see that this restaurant reopened But the pizza is totally different from before.

  Some of the best NY pizza I have ever had in TX. Then some of the best flavored buffalo wings u ever had. 10/10 will be back and can't wait!

  We have ordered from this store many times and never had an issue. However today I ordered pick up, I say I’m here for an order for Sam and he said oh I expected a man. I called in to order, so cool way to insult someone’s voice. I got a huge pizza and garlic knots. I paid, and tipped, and the man behind the counter refused to let me take my pizza to the car and carried it for me. I thought he was being kind. When I got home, I realized the garlic knots were very burnt. Not even a little, they are black. See photo. I called because I feel like he knew they were burnt because he is the one that put the order together. First, he told me I should have checked it, he refused and walked my order to my car. He said come back and he would replace them. Sir, I am home and I’m not driving 20 min back, so I asked for a refund of the price of the garlic knots. I was told no, he doesn’t control that. He kept interrupting me and just said come back. We wont be back

  Stopped in today to try them out and It was amazing. Mr. Victor's customer service was top tier. He was very kind and accommodating. The Kitchen staff really did a great job as well. I definitely recommend for great pizza and amazing customer service.
