    DO NOT RECOMMEND COMMING HERE!!!! I’ve never been to such a place where there is horrible service. From the moment we were sat down we never received any attention . After pressing the call button for various times no one would ever come attend us . When we asked the servers that where near they said they couldn’t help us because they where not our servers. We felt like this was an action of racism as we did not fit the criteria of the Asian community since we were Mexican . We didn’t even have any water to fill in our cups and only time our server ever came was once . Felt very unsatisfied with this service and after everything we had only asked for the $29.99 adult price and they wanted to upcharge us for the $39.99 price when we only asked the $29.99 adult price . I do not recommend eating here !

    DO NOT GO If I could do ZERO STARS that’s what I would do . The service was bad and they took forever to bring the food out . I went with a group of friends and we called the servers many times to order yet they kept ignoring us and going to other tables. At the beginning they didn’t explain the menu and we had to keep asking other staff for help . Not only that but at the end they wanted to charge us for the $39.99 menu when we did the $29.99. We waited almost two hours and it was frustrating when we had to keep waiting 30 minutes or longer to get the next order in . Horrible service . Negative stars even.

    Overall just a terrible experience. They take forever to sit your party down and when they do they make your table wait for 30 minutes between orders. We literally saw another table right next to us have their order taken 3 times before our server came to us. They are not attentive and the service is overall bad. The food was mid and they dont really explain anything to you about the menu for a first timer. Just save your time and money and go somewhere else like Ari or even Gen.

    solid pick if you want KBBQ without dropping a whole bag. Meat quality is actually way better than i expected from AYCE. Everything tasted fresh and the portions are legit, so you’re not stuck waiting another round. Youll likely get the next round of meat before you finish killing off the first. The regular AYCE menu is more than enough too. No real need to upgrade unless you’re just trying to go crazy, or get some of the steak options which imo arent the point of kbbq. You get a good mix and it covers everything you’d want. Big bonus is the make your own ramen station which i figured would be extra. you can customize it however you want, plenty of toppings and the line moves pretty quickly. Service is decent, could be a little faster at times but nothing crazy. That’s me nitpicking. Also the smoke fans actually work. You don’t leave smelling /feeling like straight oil which is rare for spots like this. Overall, easy recommend.

    I came here after seeing it on TikTok, and it was honestly one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had. From the start, we were told to get our own water and pour it ourselves, which already felt off for a sit-down restaurant. The service only got worse. The staff blatantly ignored us even though there were fewer than 10 people in the restaurant. The atmosphere was also very dim, and the employees had an obnoxious, sarcastic attitude that made everything feel uncomfortable. At one point, a waitress tried to take a plate with raw meat and juices still on it and ended up spilling it all over our table. I had to clean it up myself, and there was no apology. That’s extremely unsanitary and unacceptable. Then it got even worse — I ordered a bowl of rice, and it came out with a hair on top. When I brought it up, they just asked if I wanted another one, with zero apology or concern. I declined at that point because I completely lost trust in their food handling. Overall, horrible customer service and very unsanitary conditions. Definitely would not recommend.
