I order from here regularly, and almost every delivery arrives stale and lukewarm. It’s not a delivery issue—I’ve even paid extra for direct delivery, and the food still comes stale. I tolerated it only because the Ghost Pepper Ranch sauce made the meals bearable. But when I opened DoorDash recently, I found it had been removed and replaced with two new sauces: Scorchin’ Hot and Wendy’s Signature Dipping Sauce. Both are extremely mediocre. The Scorchin’ sauce isn’t spicy and tastes bland, and the signature sauce tastes like a tweaked tartar sauce, which is odd considering they don’t sell fish. So now they deliver stale food and removed the only thing that kept me coming back. I won’t be returning to Wendy’s, and I definitely won’t be ordering delivery from this location again.

He just said, “You should look for them on the screen.” Terrible service, and it’s not the first time this has happened. You can always see the fear on the employees’ faces when he’s around.
