- DSDaniel SOct 29, 20251.0Manager was extremely rude and lied to me that a QR scan didn’t work when it clearly accepted my T-Mobile promo as it was no longer showing in either the T-Mobile or Wendy’s app after I showed her and had her scan the QR code She claimed the promo was only for mobile orders when it clearly stated click here to “use in restaurant” that’s what I used to generate the QR code she scanned in the store, then proceeded to lie to me that it didn’t work Realizing she lost the argument after being called out she snatched a sandwich from under a heat lamp, hastily stuffed it in a bag and shoved it to me on the counter and walked away I was going to add fries and a drink (the whole idea behind such a promotional partnership) however I won’t be frequenting this one again even though it’s convenient from where I work I told her how rude she was being and that there would be a complaint, didn’t seem to do anything but make her show even less desire to rectify the situation The only correct thing about this situation was the bag she gave me perfectly matches her attitude Nothing happy about it
