    We had some coupons to use so we went in this TB. The staff completely ignore the counter customers, even though there is a register and normal menu there. We ordered with the computer screen, but it wouldn't take coupons or cash. The volcano burrito was ok, but 10 bucks doesn't go very far even at TB. We will pick another fast food place next time to sit and talk.

    Unacceptable portion and poor management response. I ordered a side of chicken, which we purchase almost daily from this Taco Bell location. The side of chicken is always served in a larger side container, not in sauce cups. As shown in the attached photo, the chicken was placed in two small sauce containers, which is clearly not the correct portion for a paid side item. When we questioned this, the manager on duty, Maria, insisted this was correct and refused to correct the order. This is not only misleading, but extremely frustrating—especially for regular customers who know the standard portions. The issue was made worse by the manager’s dismissive attitude and refusal to acknowledge the mistake. This experience reflects poor consistency and poor customer service. I expect better from Taco Bell.

    IF I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE 0 STARS I WOULD. Save yourself the trouble, hassle, headache, shitty, cold and messed up food and go to a DIFFERENT TACO BELL!!!!!!

    Worst location yet. If you can't understand what we're saying then you shouldn't be taking orders. When you call tp speak to manager no one answers. Dont come to this store. Thanks for ruining my lunch
