When my items were missing he was even angrier. It was the Indian man an Indian young lady on Saturday night. And the young girl defending a conversation she wasn’t present for, I come here at least 3 times a month and the Hispanic older lady who used to be the manager is the best wish she was still there.

The side of chicken is always served in a larger side container, not in sauce cups. As shown in the attached photo, the chicken was placed in two small sauce containers, which is clearly not the correct portion for a paid side item. When we questioned this, the manager on duty, Maria, insisted this was correct and refused to correct the order. This is not only misleading, but extremely frustrating—especially for regular customers who know the standard portions. The issue was made worse by the manager’s dismissive attitude and refusal to acknowledge the mistake. This experience reflects poor consistency and poor customer service. I expect better from Taco Bell.
