    This location could've been a little cleaner in the bathroom. I was surprised by the cozy seating environment, complete with electric fireplace (not joking), cushy seats, and TV. The staff was friendly enough. Some of the food toppings though were visibly getting frostbite and looked less than fresh. Overall, I would go back again.

    I like Subway in general. This location is close to where I work...so naturally have been a frequent customer for a year or two...but that will change. The past several times trying to dine at this location their ice machine was broken, toaster was broken, their credit card processing machine was broken and/or their TV was broken. Plus their staff (who used to be great) lacks customer service. Today, I went to this location for lunch to give them another chance after a poor experience last time (picture of sandwich is attached). 3 people were in line and 1 car was in the drive through (not at all busy). The 2 ladys behind the counter were arguing and cussing at eachother as my sandwich was being made because 1 was bossing the other lady around. It was EXTREMELY uncomfortable and I didnt end up getting the sandwich that I wanted because I was hesitant to put in a request. On top of that the toaster was broken and ice machine was empty. One of the lady's who was arguing told the other that she was going to call some guy named Todd when she was done slapping my lunch together to have him settle whatever issue they had. Not sure if Todd is the owner of this store; but Todd if you are please contact me to make this right!!

    So apparently this subway has a drive thru, but you have to wait about 5 to 10 min before you have anyone answer you. When I went inside there was no customers and no employees until I screamed if anyone was there. Some guy came out, he gave me the name Chris Torres, when I asked why no one was at drive-thru he said "OH. I FORGOT TO PUT MY HEADSET ON" and when I asked for the managers name and number he said "I don't know, I'm new here" and mumbled something under his breath. By far this place has the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE
