  I recently moved to Far North Dallas. We went to a Sonic closer. The tea was sour and bad, the attitude of the employees and they just don't ever seem to get it right BUT Midway Sonic is the best!!!. Proves that a good manager makes all the difference in the world. All of the carhops are friendly and smiling, our drinks are almost always correct. I do recommend this Sonic over a few others that are close. I would like to recommend that your employees implement a small feature on top of the drink lids. For the love of all things, can you get your employees to use the bubble feature to let us know which drink is what. It's so simple but when you have all teas but one is unsweet, I have to take a sip out of every one of them. That's not cool. Carhops, thank you so much for the smiles.

  It doesn’t seem like they pay close attention to app orders. Doesn’t matter what sauce I ask for or how many I request, they never include it or just give me one. I liked that the app let you pick how many sauces you want, but I guess they never look at that at this location. Never had that issue at other Sonics. Any customized/modified orders I put in on the app are typically wrong as well. I loved that this location was close to my work, but after having an issue on every visit I think I’ll drive elsewhere.
