Manager wouldn't tell me his name. Complained about cold food and his response was that they good to SIT for an HOUR before being served and hung up.

This location needs to work on payment options. My card never works at this location and I even had a new card made just because they made it seem like my card was scratched. Fast forward to today I placed my order and waited for my food because the card still didn’t not work. They’re not able to type in your card number and or take apple pay or big bills. They had me return the food I ordered. - Signed hungry and furious pregnant lady.

Let me start off by saying this is my first of three Sonic stops in the last 1.5 weeks. As a kid, Sonic was a go-to stop. You could always count on the deliciousness of the burgers, the crispiness of the fries, and to top it all off, the drinks were good too. I recall there was a change, maybe in the recipe or the process in which Sonic cooked the food, that was very noticeable. It seemed as if the burgers were too greasy and always saturated in too much oil and fat, and the fries always smelled like overprocessed oil or very stale oil. Something happened which made a difference in the quality, and I then avoided eating at Sonic for the better part of 10 years. Randomly, I’m passing through the area and I see Braum’s as an option and I see Sonic as an option so I decided why not, let’s go to Sonic. After receiving my order, I can tell whatever has been done over the last few years that quality is back and better! The bun was slightly bouncy with a hint of sweetness to it. The patty wasn’t oversaturated with oil and dripping fat. The lettuce and tomatoes were vibrant, crisp and fresh. The cheese was normal and the diet limeade with standard ice was normal. The fries seemed like they were double or triple fried perhaps that’s the new option. I’m not really sure. It was OK. Two things I wanted to point out: 1. The gal that brought my food, asked if I needed ketchup. I stated ketchup would be great. She stated she would need to go back and pick up some ketchup, which was a little weird. She had all other condiments on her tray, but no ketchup. Now, I don’t know if the last customer before myself was a ketchup enthusiast who may have siphon all her ketchup from her before she got to leave who knows. So there’s the benefit of the doubt there. It’s not a complaint, just something noted. 2. The peppermint at the please bottom of the bag was not a peppermint. It reminded me of melted, red and green crayon colors, and tasted pretty bad as well so the peppermint sucked. Outside of that, I was thoroughly and delightfully surprised at the food atmosphere the service which actually the service never been an issue for me, but it was always the food quality. Whatever y’all have done to get that quality back into the food I can see it and I can taste it. It was amazing. I’ll be happy to come back.

this place takes too long to bring you your food. if you have time to wait this place is great. edit: they also time out their screens inside to make it seem like your order is on the way early. so they can “meet their times” . this is one of the slowest sonics . the food also tastes like the grease is old and is not changed out regularly. they need new management.
