La verdad, los empleados normales de este McDonald’s son un amor. Siempre atienden con una sonrisa, son rápidos, amables y te hacen sentir bienvenido cada vez que vas. Se nota que les importa dar un buen servicio, incluso cuando el lugar está lleno.
Lo que sí deja mucho que desear es el trato del mánager, Quique. Es grosero con los mismos trabajadores que hacen todo el esfuerzo por mantener el lugar bien, y a veces incluso se nota cómo los regaña frente a los clientes. No es justo, porque ellos son los que realmente hacen que la experiencia sea buena.
Ojalá la empresa tome en cuenta esto, porque el equipo merece respeto y reconocimiento, no malos tratos. Si no fuera por los empleados, mi reseña sería muy diferente.

Quiero comenzar reconociendo algo muy importante: el equipo regular de empleados brinda un servicio excelente. Son atentos, respetuosos, cordiales y realmente hacen que uno se sienta bienvenido. Hoy 18 de febrero vine en dos ocasiones, tanto a comprar como a saludar, y en ambas visitas el personal me atendió con amabilidad y profesionalismo. Se nota el esfuerzo y la buena actitud de la mayoría del equipo, y eso merece ser valorado.
Lamentablemente, la experiencia cambia completamente cuando intervienen el manager Kike y el empleado Héctor (turno de la tarde). El tono en que se dirigen a los clientes es autoritario, cortante y poco cordial. No permiten terminar de hablar y responden como si uno estuviera exigiendo algo indebido, cuando simplemente está hablando con respeto.
Además, presencié personalmente cómo el manager Kike se dirigía a los empleados en un tono inapropiado y de muy mala manera. Fue evidente la falta de respeto en su forma de hablarles. Un puesto de liderazgo debería reflejar ejemplo, paciencia y profesionalismo; sin embargo, lo que proyecta es lo contrario. El liderazgo no se impone con tono de mando ni con actitudes intimidantes.
En el caso de Héctor, su manera de responder resulta prepotente y poco profesional. Ese tipo de actitud no representa la calidad humana que el resto del equipo sí demuestra.
El contraste es tan marcado que termina afectando la experiencia general. Si como cliente me sentí incómodo con ese estilo de trato, preocupa pensar cómo puede ser el ambiente interno para los empleados que sí hacen su trabajo con excelencia y dedicación.
Ojalá la empresa valore y respalde a los empleados que realmente representan el buen servicio, y revise el comportamiento de quienes ocupan posiciones de responsabilidad pero no están actuando a la altura del cargo.
Confío en que puedan tomar cartas en el asunto, porque el equipo tiene un gran potencial; solo necesita un liderazgo que esté a la misma altura que su esfuerzo
