I placed a breakfast order through the McDonald’s app at 9:58 am, and the payment went through with no issues. But when I arrived at the N. Josey location around 10:40 AM, the staff told me they don’t serve breakfast after 10:30 AM. Then why did the app accept my order and payment? Either they accept the order, prepare the food, and keep it ready regardless of when the customer arrives during store hours, or they should decline the order and not charge the customer at order time. This store failed to do either. Total lack of coordination, zero accountability, and a very frustrating customer experience. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone.
