  Every time I order delivery, my order is missing something. Placed an order and they did not include the chips. Last time it was my drink....why?

  I have been eating here for years and the food has been great. I don't know if the owner just doesn't care anymore but it's apparent in how the staff is dressed. There is a young lady employee there that is wearing pajama bottoms. The sandwich I ordered when I looked at it is very wet to the point the bread is soggy. Please have higher standards or prepare for less customers.

  Online order placed at 5:01. 5:30 and app still says preparing. Then I get a text saying the order was sent to Uber eats. 6:00 rolls by and now it says possible delivery by 6:20... 6:11 the uber eats eta switches to canceled and now the JJ app shows its out for deliveey at 6:14....why not just tell me you can't deliver 2 miles away and give me the option to cancel? I'll give you 3 stars cause it actually showed up and it was raining.
