I only just started to like Dunkin’ now I am debating whether I should give my money to a location that thinks this type of service is ethical.

Running out of a primary ingredient is unacceptable ! And you could have asked what I wanted substituted. I have had stores call me when they are out of something. And I have also had stores put a coupon for a Free drink in my delivery bag.
