Today I spoke with a manager whose solution was for me to no longer order from them. I asked just to confirm, you don’t want me as a customer? She said we want everyone as a customer but if we keep missing items for you then maybe you shouldn’t order from here any more. I’m just stunned.

I waited 15 minutes for food that was just sitting and clearly getting cold because when I got it, everything was cold. I also ordered a mix of wings and got all drums. While I was sitting waiting in an empty restaurant for 15 minutes, it would have been great to be notified that all they have is drums. Cold drums at that. And it would be another 15 minutes just to get my food remade which I couldn’t do because I was already on a time crunch, hence why I ordered ahead. I got my refund which she said she couldn’t initiate until the next day and will NOT be going back
