Steak bites burned to a crisp. Potato cakes from house ago. And expensive. Do yourself a favor and skip it.

This was one of the BEST fast food experiences I have EVER had! Everyone was super nice and the store was extremely clean! Unfortunately it seems like there wasn’t a lot of people there which is shocking because the food was so great! I ordered some Roast Beef sandwiches with a coupon which was great value since it was 4 for $10! The man who took my order was the manager and his name was Riley. Riley had an amazing attitude and was very helpful and explained how to use the coupons effectively because I’ve never used them before. The whole process was very smooth and I did not have to wait long at all! After I paid I received my order within 30 seconds and I walked out after the staff all exclaimed “Thank you!” I went to my car and tried one of the sandwiches to make sure it tasted good and trust me when I tell you, this was one of the best roast beef sandwiches I’ve ever had!! After I had gotten home I had given a sandwich to my respective family members and they also really enjoyed them! I can’t wait to go back again and I hope the service is just as amazing as it was today!!

The new "Turkey Gobbler" was INCREDIBLY delicious - what little there was of it, that is. Whoever was working in the kitchen last Saturday night, on November 15th, was unfortunately VERY STINGY with the turkey & toppings. Whereas normally we'd get full with half a sandwich, one of us was still starved after having eaten a sandwich & a half while the other starved with half a meager sandwich that was consumed in 2 tiny bites!! When we first looked at the sandwich, we thought we'd been given empty buns! Had to open them to be further disappointed. What we received did NOT match the website description or picture on the app of an almost $9 "Quarter pound of thick-sliced Deep Fried Turkey PILED HIGH with crispy onions, Swiss cheese, stuffing, cranberry spread & mayo on a toasted sub bun." Not only was there way less than a quarter pound of turkey on each sandwich, but a very tiny layer of the tasty stuffing. It was such a tease. There were no HIGH PILES of anything but our disappointment!! Please find the picture of the sandwich on the app attached. It was false advertising. We wish we had snapped a picture. We were absolutely crushed with how stingy the employee who made the sandwich was...would you be that miserly if your friend or family member bought the same sandwich? What if YOU, the employee, received that stingy portion yourself? We are not sure if the employee was stingy because we had a BOGO coupon or if they would have been that way if we had paid full-price per sandwich. We pay full-price all the time & feel it's a special treat to have a BOGO once in a while but we shouldn't be punished for using a coupon if that's what happened. We even checked out reviews on YouTube - these sandwiches are supposed to be big & beautiful. We hope that this location will train its employees to treat its guests & sandwiches with more respect next time! We could easily go to another location but hope we can be treated better in the future. The only good thing about the experience was that the gentleman who greeted us warmly upon our entrance was sincere.
