I went there to pick up an Uber Eats order that contained alcohol, so they needed to verify my age. I showed them my valid temporary paper driver’s license issued by the DPS, but the staff refused to accept it and told me to cancel the order. I explained that this document is completely valid and that I’ve used it to drive and make purchases before, but they still refused to help. What made this worse was their attitude — they were dismissive, unhelpful, and treated me with disrespect because I am Latina and my English is not perfect. I felt discriminated against and unwelcome. I had to cancel my orders, losing time, gas, and money for nothing. This experience was extremely disappointing and showed a lack of empathy and professionalism from the staff. I truly hope no other delivery drivers or customers have to go through something like this. I will not be returning to this location.
