The way she speaks to customers doesn’t represent what Chick fil a is known for! I was in line awaiting my mobile order at 9:00pm today for a bag of ice only! When I reached the Window I asked for a cookie because my son wanted one and she said “No that’s not possible!” The way she said it was beyond me! She made my son feel guilty for wanting a cookie!!! Mind you there wasn’t a line behind me! This has never happened to me before! Vivian please take some customer service classes…..

I like to order on my phone because with 4 kids it’s a lot easier to just push a bunch of buttons rather than explain everything. However, it’s ridiculous to have to wait 12 cars back, and sit here for 6 minutes before I can even scan the QR code. All the while, people are pulling into the drive thru line with no issue and getting served immediately. At least move the QR code back so that things are first come first served. Food is ok, not the best Chick Fil A around.

Went through the drive thru today & was missing a brownie no problem I’ll go inside. Went inside the cashier just stared at me - laughed then proceeded to ignore me & help the other couple walking in behind me. There was another employee behind her, but he was busy filling something so I didn’t want to bother him and well there was no one else other than me and the cashier when I went up and she still proceeded to ignore me. The thing is this is her second doing something similar to this. Last time I went similar thing happened, I don’t know if it’s a bad day or it’s busy day but either way no one should be treated that way.
