  I just started working in delivery a couple of days ago after my business went under. I didn’t like coming to this restaurant to pick up deliveries because every time I come, either the orders take way too long or someone else has already taken them. That means the staff is incompetent and can’t properly tell other drivers to confirm the order if they’re going to take it, like other restaurants do.

  I had one of the worst customer service experiences here. I placed an order and was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. I arrived after 20 minutes—already giving them extra time—and my order still wasn’t ready. I was then told to wait another 10 minutes. I waited 15. When I asked again, I was told “5 more minutes.” At this point, it had already been over 30 minutes past the original pickup time. What’s even more frustrating is that no one gave a clear explanation or update—just a vague “we’re working on it” every time. No accountability, no communication, no sense of urgency. This level of disorganization and disregard for customers’ time is unacceptable. If there’s a delay, at least be honest and transparent about it. Utterly disappointing experience. I won’t be coming back.

  We went in at 430 with absolutely no one there. It took 10 minutes for a waiter to greet us. Once we finally got our food we were constantly stared at by the waitresses coming in. I mean dirty looks, arms crossed, just negative attitudes. I spent a good chunk of money and being a formal waitress for 10 years usually leave a pretty big tip. But considering we were stared at and given dirty looks the entire time we were eating was ridiculous. If you don’t like your job, find a new one. Better yet don’t work around people just to make them extremely uncomfortable. I was so upset I left a pretty nasty note on the receipt. & knowing that people like to add their own tips, I made sure to completely scratch it out. Needless to say we will find a different location.

  Ordered a 3 piece grilled chicken dipper the shh wasn't even hot & there was literally nobody even in the store at opening today so whomever was cookinh today at 10:30 am is lazy & needs to be fired won't be returning
