  extremely rude employees, place my order through the app and 30 minutes later.They still fail to make it, snapping at customers and being very aggressive with customers with it.Asked why it was taking twenty minutes for orders to be made assuming they even bothered to make it at all. Almost half the customers that tried to place an order in the store left. It is very clear the management does not care about the store at all lunch rush, Only two employees , one cooking one doing literally, everything else. after 30 minutes of them not doing my order, I was able to call the customer service number 5A complaint, give them all my pertinent information and arrange for a refund, which they also refused to do.And they still haven't made my order. what gave 0 if possible, if corporate and management doesn't care about this location, just close it.

  Went to the drive thru tonight wanted curly fries and a sandwich. Ordered 2 #1's classic. No do you want combos, anything else you know they always try yo up sell you something. Nope Thanh the man working takes my card shoves 2 sandwich in a bag gives it out with my card and walks away. Now this place always looks empty now I know why. I will spend my money elsewhere from now on.
