When I contacted the store the girl admitted she messed up and put the wrong sandwich in the bag. I asked how she intended to make it right. She said you can come up here in the morning. I told her that doesn’t really help me for food tonight now does it. She said her manager started the only way they could do anything related to voiding and refunding or remaking the sandwich is if I brought it up there. I explained again - had I had the ability to do that I wouldn’t have door dashed. Completely useless especially after she admitted it was her mistake. Absolute trash.
