- LHLylli HodgesDec 24, 20251.0Okay so I come to this store a lot because I live in canyon, but the last time I went was earlier today. And I went to a self checkout because I didn’t have that many items. The items I had were awkward to bag (eggs, milk and some flowers etc.). And so it was taking me a minute to figure out how I wanted to do it and how to carry them out. Well a woman that works there came up to me and made me grab all my things and take them to the corner of the grocery store and set them down on the ground because I needed to get out of the way I guess. And given, I am not taking an unusual amount of time bagging my things AND there were more self checkouts open. When I had to move all my things, I had to put the basket on my arm, and so I had to put all my things on the ground to get the basket off. And the whole time I was being rushed and the look on her face was as if I was a monster. It was so weird and very uncomfortable because it was in front of the entire store. And honestly such a strange experience because nothing like that has ever happened before. I love the store, but that lady was very rude and made me so uncomfortable.

I rather drive the 20 minutes to the next closest United because the employee’s are consistently rude, which is unfortunate because I live down the block from this location. The culture at this store is obviously poor, because I have never visited a store that has such poor service across the board. The bakery, the self check out lady, the pharmacy, everyone. Forget speaking to management, their attitudes are nonchalant and uncaring as well.
