  This place no longer allows for proper coupon usage and will instead force you to pick basic sandwiches. Franchise owners are allowed to make these changes per store, but we also have the choice of where to spend our money.

  I can't believe how utterly expensive subway is now, a footlong and drink is 18 dollars at least, this is absolute insanity, i never go here because of this, i did today because it had been so long, never going back, these sandwiches are not worth 15 dollars, Subway used to be comparable to Wendys, or Whataburger in prices, not anymore, they act like a high end deli with their prices but they are still low quality, the only thing they have increased are their prices, you can't go here if you are on a budget, it is just sad

  I ordered online through the app. The app said it would be ready at 4:10 pm. I got to the restaurant at 4:30 pm on the way to work to pick up the sandwich, and they had not even started making the sandwich. I had to be at work in 5 minutes so I said to forget it I had to go. When I said it doesn't do any good to use the app if they were not going to address the order. They were not busy at all. As I left, one of the employees made a rude gesture of a baby crying.(Wahhh). There was no need for the rudeness when they are not doing their job. I do not plan to go back. I wish I could leave a 0 star rating. I will be calling the customer service number and complain about that store.
