The last 2 times I ordered within the past month, I called them immediately after placing my online order and told them I placed an online order and specified the pizzas to not be cut. They cut them and remade them and reimbursed me for my order except this last time, they reimbursed me for the order and the manager said he could not remake them because it would be 2 hours before they could remake them and that no one told him I called and specified they were to be uncut. I told him the ticket says uncut and he yelled at me and said he's too busy to deal with this. Rude and I am tired of their service and quality. I will just make my own pizza at home and get better quality and don't have to deal with the rudeness.
