  This location consistently has some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced. The staff is often rude and comes across like they don’t care at all. Orders are frequently wrong, and when you try to get help, there’s little to no effort to fix it. It feels like customers are an inconvenience rather than the reason they’re there. Even small things get handled poorly. When ordering multiple Happy Meals, they’ll give the exact same toy for all of them without asking or trying to mix it up—no effort to make kids’ experiences enjoyable. Today was especially frustrating. We placed an online breakfast order and arrived at 10:25 AM (before the 10:30 breakfast cutoff). The drive-thru line was extremely long, so we sent someone inside to grab the order. They refused to help and said we had to be physically in the drive-thru by 10:29 or our card would be refunded. No flexibility, no customer service—just a bad attitude. This is an ongoing issue at this location. Definitely would not recommend.

  Sat in drive thru line for 10 minutes while they canceled my breakfast order, having been on their property before 10:30. Life was fine without mcdonalds for over 5 years, will probably be make it thru the rest of my time without again.

  They completely messed up on my order. I was already on the road headed to my next destination before I realized it so I didn't have the time to turn around and make it right. What I did recieve wasn't fresh amd tasted awful.

  My husband ordered the McChick MCD meal deal yesterday on Sunday March 15th to bring home for us to eat because we have a newborn and an a teenager and I was functioning on a few hours of sleep. The meal comes with 4 McChickens, 4 cheeseburgers, 20 nuggets and two medium fries. He ordered and did a quick glance in the bag and looked like it was all there. He gets home and it’s missing fries and sauce. He’s goes back to McDonald’s and the manager on duty gives him attitude and then asks “wow you went all the way home first?” Like he was going to eat all that in his car? He gets home with the fries and sauce. We divide up all the food and the first bite into a burger and the bun is rock hard…at this point we check all the food and most is editable but going back yet again was not an option. All because I didn’t want to cook one meal.
