  I would have scored higher because me and my family used to like going here but now it smells like someone smoked something every time we go in there it's not something I want my twins smelling and I also seen them smoking electronic cigarettes while they're cooking I think it's great they hired younger kids but I think it's unsanitary and not okay for an establishment to have kids smoking electronic cigarettes while they're making my children's food I'm not against anybody smoking weed but if you're going to do it do it at home it's not something I want my kids to smell walking into a restaurant aside from those two complaints the restaurant is usually always clean the up front staff are usually always friendly and food gets out in timely manner

  We visited dairy Queen on our way through town today and we got a banana split which had good fresh bananas and fully loaded and also a Heath blizzard which came out with just enough Heath for a piece of candy in every bite completely mixed without any dead vanilla spots. They hit it right on the nose this round.

  Inconsistency, Staff over worked not trained to handle high volume increases during rush times. Individual franchise with no visible manager on duty. Complaints go to owners and not corporate office. I would also guess that complaints are not addressed in a proper manner nor used as a training tool resulting in high employee turnover. I would guess that staff are under paid which would answer for poor motivation and apathy. My last experience will be my last here.
