Today I was here with my husband, and even after repeating the order about 10 times, the person was still confused. On top of that, they constantly get my food wrong. If I ask for something simple like no pickles or try to take a couple of things off my burger, it’s like they just ignore it. It feels like if you customize your food even a little, they just don’t bother doing it right. It’s really disappointing because Sonic should be convenient, but instead it ends up being stressful and frustrating every time.
