  Supposed to open at 10am came at 11am was ignored for 20 minutes then told to wait another 10 till they opened.

  Whent here to get food with my family the location on fort bliss normally don't put tomato on my food but here they loaded my sandwiches up with tomato then I ask them to remake because im allergic to tomatos they forgot the rest of the sandwiches my wife's sandwiches had lettuce and mine is just bland I would go back up but they didn't seam to happy about the remake. And the guy running the register didnt understand what allergy is

  On 1/29/2026 I ordered a Philly cheese sandwich and it did not have bell peppers, onions, cheese or mushrooms. It only had tomatoes,lettuce and mayonnaise. Very disappointed with quality of the food and the service. I told the manager about it but she didn’t seem to care and was questioning what I was telling her. I didn’t want my money back nor did I want another sandwich. I just wanted her to know how dissatisfied I was with the food and service but she didn’t seem to care. I will never go back there again.

  My daughter is a door dash driver. On Saturday 1/3/26, Your people in the outlet mall ignored her so she stood where u pick up orders for 10-15 minutes plus for for her customers order no one acknowledged her until she went to the order line and your people are very rude!
