  The staff are really nice and helpful. However, the operating manager, Rachel, likes to cuss out staff, most of which are minors.

  As someone that frequents multiple restaurants and venues per day, this establishment is suffering from a terrible lack of leadership. Every single time I visit, whether it be to grab a quick drink or simple snack; the order is wrong. Today I ordered 4 drinks and cheddar peppers and the order took 17 minutes. We arrived to the drive up stall to check in and were unable to check in. After pressing the button and checking in multiple times they finally brought the order. After they brought the order it was wrong. Upon the opening of the store, the portion sizes were not appropriate and either very small or lacking necessary ingredients. They could use retraining and consulting from and outside source.
