We ordered 2 happy meals, 4 sides of bacon and a frozen coke through the kiosk, total was $20. The kiosk said to have a seat, display the table tent and someone would bring the food out to us. So we did. After a significant time had lapsed I went to the counter. This was difficult bc I still had to keep eyes on the kids. Our order was on the pick up shelf with other DoorDash type orders. The frozen coke was half melted and all the food was cold. I asked for assistance and a gentleman named Michael responded. He only offered they don't have the staff for that. I insisted they at least remake the frozen drink which he did, however when he handed it to me it was bubbling over onto the cup, the floor and myself. I had to ask him to take it back and wipe it off. I then asked for a manager and he said he was a manager. I explained that of our food was cold. They are aware of what their kiosk instructs their customers to do and saw my order sitting their melting and did not attempt to bring it out. He offered no apology or to remake the food. Had I known I needed to wait at the counter for my order I would have done so BEFORE letting the kids loose on the playground. This exchange was taking my attention away from the children and their safety so I couldn't pursue it any further. We were forced to pay for and eat cold, hard, gross food. We will not be returning. Also, the 4 sides of bacon, image attached, were broken pieces, only a few actual strips that did not add up to 4 full orders.
