I pointed out their sign right in front of the window and showed where it said mix and match. Not one employee I talked to could NOT COMPREHEND what that meant. They absolutely refused to honor the deal. I told them I was not going to demand .75 back but they need to either reword the signs or learn what mix and match actually means..... After that I stared at them at the window waiting for my drink. It was at the window. After a few minutes someone finally got the point and gave me my drink. TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES!!A

We ordered on the app for pickup and I had screenshot of order code and was told I had to drive back home 8 miles to get my wife's phone because not you have to have the phone with you at time of pickup so they can pull up order. And then it took waiting 20 minutes for them to get my order ready. And a 20 something Manager with a nose ring telling me he can't help me . I recommend not ordering from the app just go in and wait 20 minutes to save you time and gas
