The window was open when I heard the kid (whom I guessed made it) said in a snarky tone “they better not complain”. Excuse me? That was unprofessional. I didn’t have the time to get the manager but the kid needs training classes on what to/to not say when that window is open.

Also I ordered the monopoly game pieces on the mobile app and when I get there the drive thru not one single menu item had the pieces. It was literally under the monopoly part of the app. I get these for someone who collects them and wouldn't have ordered them if I would have known I wouldn't be getting them. I talked to the manager. I think his name was Ben. He was nice but didnt fix anything at all.

Tried to use code on the app only to be told that it didn’t work and to show them at the window when I pulled up they then told me the code had been entered to many times and to refresh my app which then reported the points being taken out of my account and asked what they could do to correct this. The manager at that point ignored us and the young girl at the window said they couldn’t do anything about the app or even offer to just fix it on their end seeing that we were using the code from the app. The manager has NO customer experience at all and treats customers with ZERO respect. Will never come back to this location.
