  Just went in to the Caldwell subway to order some lunch and was greeted by the worst customer service I've ever received. There were two women working and I heard both of them say, "Of course someone would come in right now, it happens every time." I could see they were working on a big order and were very rude about making my sandwich. Then they were joking around with each other but were mean to customers. If you act like that when you are busy to your customers then you need to get out of customer service completely. I don't care how busy you are you never talk to a customer like that! I would have understood if they communicated that they were busy at the moment and it was going to take a few minutes to get to me. But no they were rude the second I walked in. Both of you should be fired and replaced with someone who can be nicer to customers. I was going to eat my lunch inside but due to their rudeness, I got takeout instead.

  Food and service was fine, but none of the employees were wearing hairnets..don’t know if maybe it’s not required, but they did have long hair…

  Terribly rude employee. Was rude with customer before me and just was acting like I was bothering her. Don't waste your time and money. And then she wanted a tip hahahahaha. At least be nice and if you don't want to work go home. Stop being rude to this town!

  Went in today to pick up lunch. Staff were rude and acted as if we had inconvenienced them. No other customers were in the store and the staff made us wait 7 minutes before they gave us their undivided attention. There were 3 staff and all seemed equally annoyed at us for walking in. Also, during our visit, it was apparent that they had some infighting or annoyance at each other going on. They really need some customer service training. There is a Workforce Solutions in Caldwell-maybe they should look for another job.

  Store was clean and every item on my sandwich was fresh and tasty. Employees where very nice and welcoming. Another satisfied visit.
