No other customers were in the store and the staff made us wait 7 minutes before they gave us their undivided attention. There were 3 staff and all seemed equally annoyed at us for walking in. Also, during our visit, it was apparent that they had some infighting or annoyance at each other going on. They really need some customer service training. There is a Workforce Solutions in Caldwell-maybe they should look for another job.

The employee that was directly rude to me was not wearing a name tag, probably for a reason. She was condescending when it came to questions about our menu options. She also made a paying customer feel bad for just showing up. Im glad subway is a chain so I can go to literally any other subway and not experience this set of employees ever again.
