  Went to this location several times and each time there are issues. They forgot my correct number of cheddar peppers and I didn’t get what I paid for. The other food was prepared rushed. The server was visibly annoyed that I asked her to correct the shake that wasn’t properly and way too thin. Each time I asked for a small amount of bourbon flavor the staff put an excessively enormous amount inside the shake and I was unable to drink or eat my shake. If I don’t have to go to Caldwell Sonic I will not. That’s my money, the “consumer the customer” whos money the staff are wasting. Next time I will keep returning until they get it right or refund my money. Period

  I ordered two corn dogs, tater tots, and coke through the drive thru. I recieved one corn dog that looked 3 days old. I wouldn't complain if it they hadn't messed my order up previously. Food and customer service is horrible!

  Sonic has always been a gamble for me, but this one is a tight run ship. Stopped in after an A&M game on the drive home, missed my turn for McDonald’s, and stopped in here instead. The food was hot and fresh, and the service was quick and accurate. The bathrooms at Sonics are usually pretty dirty, but the ones in Caldwell were spotless. Honestly I was blown away and whoever is captain at this location deserves a raise. Will definitely stop in next time I’m in Caldwell.

  Wish I could give 0 stars. Ordered online ordered a kids meal and a combo meal added salt and pepper with the combo meal. Mystery to me; my combo meal was some how deleted and I got my receipt and the salt and pepper was still there. I didn’t add salt and pepper with the kids meal.
