  While the girl in the window was handing back our change, she had sneezed and covered her mouth with her hands and used the same hand to give back our food. Disgusted, we were very upset. She could tell we were upset and she had an attitude when dismissing us.

  They gave me garlic bread rather than cheese sticks and a burnt pizza, when I called to have my order fixed I was treated as if I was after a free meal and told I couldn't keep the mess up after I had said I wanted to bring it back. They said a lot of people try to get free food from them. My order was over 40 dollars, I don't want nothing for free but I do want what I payed for. I work for my money just like everyone else. The manager who assisted this store, Rude and unprofessional.

  They literally sat me down asked for my drink and she went back to the cashier never came back with my drink but went back to get someone else’s She stared and went back again I’ve been seated for 15 min already no menu no nothing

  I placed an order online for two Large pizzas as well as one order of bacon cheddar cheese sticks. Which my family usually does modt weekends..! .I went out of my way and immediately called after I Placed the online order Because I was unsure if it came with the marinara dipping sauce or not so I calledto ask for or confirm ( or make sure to remind) that there would be marinara with the bacon cheddar cheesesticks. The lady that answered the phones name was Greneth or Gwen.. Anyways the point of this review is this. She was kinda short and rude when I called the first time. This is before the order was picked up by a family member. So when the order got him there was absolutely no marinara so I placed a call back and spoke with Gwen as she answered the phone when I called back and for a lack of a better way to put it, she basically laughed at the fact that she did not put the marinara on the order. She made the remark you are “the guy that just called about the marinar” and then she laughed.. well, the thing is , I just spent nearly $50 on some food. Then I called to make sure I got what I ordered. Then after that when I didn’t get the food that I ordered and then called back to discuss it got some very poor and unprofessional inconsiderate and basically in your face I don’t give a damn service. I don’t want anyone to lose their job. Especially in the holiday season but hopefully this problem in customer services will be addressed!
