  Ordered 4 footlongs via app today and they got all 4 wrong (put olives on them when NONE had olives ordered), one we paid for extra meat on -- did not have, it took redailing upwards of 30 times to get someone to answer the phone and auto escalating (asking for a manager...one not there) to get a reasonable resolution. I am not a 'karen' I give grace but the phone shouldn't be ignored and EVERY SINGLE sandwich should never be wrong when its 730pm cut on a Sunday aka not a busy hour.

  I bought three 12-in sandwiches there today cashier was very loud and I was charged $3.50 for a tip that I was not told about or asked about any amount of tip I believe when she rang it up she added it theft all the way

  We were passing through and stopped here for dinner. This subway restored my faith. Taste was good and staff are friendly.

  The girl was super sweet, but my sandwich was the biggest disappointment. I ordered thru the app, never had a blt before, paid for double bacon. I'm not a complainer, but this foot long had MAYBE 2 slices of bacon, no exaggeration. I literally had to look really hard to find any, and there wasnt much in my sandwich to sift thru. I asked for extra spinach, that was also a no show.
