I had a very hungry group to feed, went through the drive thru, and spent way more money than one ever should at Taco Bell and I didn't even get a kiss, if you get my drift. The quesadilla was smashed/squished into a ball, shoved into the bag. The chalupa was so crunchy, you could break a tooth. Cheesy gordita crunch had no meat. Ended up having to drive back up there when the remade quesadilla was missing half of the ingredients. The Taco box with extra meat was $30 (used to be $10), and yet, the tacos had the amount of meat they should normally, which we all know is not enough anyways. The manager was open and caring, but it was obvious he was frustrated. While waiting to have the order fixed, one employee told a customer at the drive thru window they were out of a specific sauce while another customer back at the drive thru oder kiosk ordered extra of that sauce and the employee taking the order didn't say a word. They were in earshot of each other. No communication from one employee to the other. The crew is disconnected and truly acted as though they did not care. If you're going to do a job, do it right or find another job. Seriously. The money you spend here is not worth it.

Before letting me cancel, they checked me in and told me to come to the window. Came to the window and asked what they would replace it with. Was offered something worth less than half the price AND informed even more of my order is unavailable. Told to come in and talk to a manager for a solution. Manager was OBVIOUSLY drunk or high and refused to refund anything or even give me something comparable in price to replace it. Because they checked me in then LIED in the system and marked my order complete, I could no longer cancel it on my end and had to call corporate just to get a refund that will take up to 10 days.
