I rarely post reviews, the food is good. The service sucks at least on this occasion.

They called and said “we don’t have anymore large pan pizza, and usually we will give you 2 medium pan pizzas for the inconvenience but we have been doing this so much that now we are out of medium pan pizzas” so he said well what do you have and they said they have regular and thin. He was like okay regular (after already waiting 20+ mins for his original order) and they then said okay it will take 20 mins to make. From time of order 7:10 to time of pickup for ONE large pizza 8pm, without them being sympathetic, just rude. Marble falls pizza hut is always on point. Friendly, communicative, apologetic. Not like it’s the person who is ordering faults that they ran out of a certain pizza dough. The restaurant closes at 10. Why would they tell him that hey ran out of a certain pizza dough 3 hours before closing instead of just making more? We will never order from there again. They did give him a $1 discount hahahaha. Trash.
