  Waited for maybe five minutes inside the dine in with no greeting. One employee walked in to clock in with no acknowledgement. Several minutes later another employee came to the front counter and said one moment. Then ten minutes after walking in the store with nobody in line my order was finally taken by the employee who just clocked in. After receiving my food no thank you or any words were spoken to me. I ate my meal and left, never to see another employee again. Not that the staff cares but I'd advise to use your money elsewhere.

  The experience was fine...when we got our food though the fries were cold and the burgers you cold tell had been sitting, nothing had been freshly made.

  It does not help when I'm ordering my food, the cashier can barely understand me. I didn't want vegetables on my burger so they just gave me meat and bread. Sauces cost an extra .50 each. I feel like it should come with the 12 dollar burger. Anyway. I'm going to eat this meat and bread then go back to work. Fast food is getting ridiculous.

  They forgot my Sprite, messed up my Frosty, and then straight-up ignored me when I asked for the drink I paid for. No receipt, no Sprite, no refund — just a fake ‘have a good day’ while they kept my two dollars like I’m donating to them. I work for my tips, I’m not handing out free money because they can’t do their jobs.
