- CCCarli2 days ago1.0The guy making my sandwich was obviously training not the problem the people who were training him were rude to him and the person who was checking me out at the register asked me what I got was really rude interrupting me while I told her what we got saying stuff like I only need to know the protein, not going back to that subway again hopefully the guy who made the sandwich gets a better job
- TJTori JApr 1, 20263.0Stopped by Subway for lunch — food was good as always. However, the cashier (heavy set white woman with glasses) was very rude and unprofessional. I accidentally added a tip and asked for a refund so it could be corrected, and her response was, ‘WELL YOU WAS ON THE PHONE’ instead of fixing it politely. I was planning to dine in, but her energy and hostility made me very uncomfortable. The other staff were great, but her behavior reflects poorly on the business. I won’t be returning because of this experience.

The employee who was training was very polite and calm while teaching the new employee how to make the sandwich. Every time we come to order our food, they give excellent service and pay attention to all our needs. Will be coming back again and again. To the new employee, you will be fine, you got this.
