- AMAmanda McIntosh2 days ago1.0Nobody working knows how to take a partial amount off of a gift card and charged me the whole thing instead to my debit. She said I could do a partial transaction on my debit card and the rest on the gift card and instead ot charged the ENTIRE thing to my debit card. She said the manager is only in the stores during the day and I would have to talk to her to get it figured out. Managers do better. Train your people better. This is ridiculous! Most people have a job where they can't just pop in during the week to happen to talk to the manager!!! Your workers should know how to properly work the systems. This day and age not every gift card is a physical card and she said that's the only way you can do it. I know for a fact it isn't! I have used many gift cards at a different Qdoba and they knew what they were doing!

Not only was the food amazing with large portion sizes (our bowls stuffed the the brim!), but it was also so much cheaper than competitors. We had the nicest staff making our order! It was such a wonderful experience! 10/10!!!!
