Thought that something would improve with Pappas taking over. Guess NOT! It should never take 20 minutes from the time you sit down to get chips and salsa. Or have your server come and take order only to come back and ask if the flour tortillas you requested were wanted before meal or with, after saying you wanted them before. Only to get said tortillas with no butter(after saying you wanted butter). No wonder this place filed for bankruptcy only to be bailed out and show they still suck to new ownership.

Ordered Steak Fajita Nachos to go and this is all I got for $15... the first pic in the pan... This is NOT $15 worth of Nachos.
My original order was not what it should have been - which I offered to pay for anyway and just let my sister take home with her and then the Manger was rather rude about it. The Waitress was being super sweet about everything and it definitely wasn't her fault... but this is extremely unacceptable and honestly feels like it was done on purpose.
The 2nd Pic is what I should have had... not just 7 chips with meat and cheese... the normal order contains a dozen or more.
I won't be back. That was ridiculous.

I am very disappointed! My Burrito was covered in cheese. And tasted like dog food . There SW chicken tacos was all wrong. Even the simple chips and salsa were crap and I don’t see how that could be messed up. Maybe there’s a reason they’re closing some stores. I highly don’t recommend unless you like bad taste in your mouth

This is the second time we have came since being bought by pappasittos & had an awful experience once again, so awful we left before ordering any food.
First; we were told it would be a 5 minute wait. It was 22. Second, once we were seated the server didn’t come over for over 10 minutes.
We then tried the new salsa again, still didn’t like it.
But figured we would get the queso, that was like cheese water, so bland and nasty.
We ordered kids waters with our water and didn’t receive the kids water until we stated we weee leaving.
Changing the recipe and removing menu items because yall were bought out wasn’t the move.

Had a wonderful time and food was great.
Your server Latasha greeted me and my mother with a smile. She was also very attended, and did not have to ask her for anything she knew exactly what we needed and was on top of the drinks that never ran dry.
