  Service : Careless If I make a mobile order and it asks me if I want barbecue sauce, and I say yes, why do you not put barbecue sauce in the bag?? why are we not putting napkins in the bag when there are no napkins? “Attention to detail”… please train the staff on what it means

  I order a happy meal for my kid while on the road and they gave me a box of queso?!?! What the heck is even that?!

  They put mayo on the burger. I specifically ask them what sauce came on the burger. She said mustard and ketchup. I get home white creamy stuff is dripping all over the place?!

  I've been to many McDonald's stores. Each time has had it's fair share of good and bad. On this particular day this location was on point. My family and I arrived around 9:55 on Friday night. The dining room closes at 10. We really wanted to sit down and relax inside. Fortunately for us, the manager Carlos was on duty and saw that my wife and small children were looking to eat inside. He could have said that the dining room closes soon and left it at that. But he was decent and let us eat inside. The food was brought out to our table and it was correct and it actually looked really good. Being that it was late, they probably had done their routine end of night cleaning, but yes, it was very clean.... Everything was great.
