  I walked in to order one sandwich and was turned away because they were too busy doing online orders and said I was gonna have to wait over 30 minutes to order one sandwich worst Jimmy John’s ever

  Jimmy John's is fast, friendly and great subs. I order the regular as a small is too small and a giant is insane. Food quality is excellent

  I used to love JJ's but after trying this location a few times, I think I'm done. I ordered online for pick up, drove up and walked in about 15-20 later. One gal was doing an order for a guy ahead of me, one employee in the back banging around, and one doing meat prep on the center table. No one acknowledged me for several minutes, then the gal making the order said "we'll be right with you." Finished the order, then asked how she could help. I advised I was picking up an order and she walked back to the counter where a few tickets were hanging, found mine, and said it would be another 20 minutes or so. I feel like I could have ordered delivery and gotten a sandwich in 40 minutes without leaving my house. Definitely poorly managed. Think we'll stick to Jersey's or Firehouse going forward.

  Order the chicken bacon ranch combo and was not impressed at all. For $16 you get a flat sandwich with almost no meat or veggies. On top of that, I waited 15 minutes to order while 3 employees just kept walking around. If your busy that's fine but at least acknowledge the customers waiting. Even Subway offers a better experience
