- MRmonica reyes1 day ago1.0The girl that says “what else” before I even finish talking is so disrespectful and taking orders very quickly that she gets the order very wrong or doesn’t take the order at all. The past three times I’ve had to repeat my order at the window because they “didn’t get the order right “ and still never my order right. I love this place, but hopefully the get employees who are more kind.

If there is a But the past several times I had went 4 times I had a very bad experience. The younger blonde hair girl that is a lead was so rude first she said we are busy and didn’t have time to help me but she went doing anything but standing and talking and playing on her phone. Than I ask for cherrys and lemons and orange because there wasn’t any out it was empty but it was 3 o’clock in the afternoon. And she still said she was busy so I guess her phone was more important. But I literally waited 45 mins plus paid for my teas with extras so I was extremely pissed off. I will try and make the drive to Cleburne or Arlington because that was the worst experience I have ever had and it seems like she is always there rude as ever. Y’all need to fire her she has bad customer service. I’m not the only one that had bad experiences with her because there wasn’t any plenty of people there that was upset too.
